Bourg BSF - Variable Data Booklet Maker

BSF is a Near-Line high volume sheet feeder that converts your stacks of pre-collated documents, coming from color or monochrome digital printers, or from offset presses, into stitched – fold – trimmed booklets, with a guaranteed set integrity. This new sheet feeder is the finishing solution for shops using digital and / or traditional printing processes.

The BSF will receive the carts, dollies or pallets supplied with the following
digital printers: Xerox DocuTech® and Nuvera® – DS5000 .and DS3500 stackers, Kodak Digimaster, Océ Varioprin, Presses HP Indigo 3500,
5000, 5500 & 7000.

Bourg Binder BB3002 - With optional PUR

The Bourg Binder BB3002 is the most efficient perfect binder available in the industry for cut sheet and signatures. A unique design based on total automation and touch screen controls brings to the BB3002 a great userfriendliness. Books up to 60mm (2.36") thick are processed immediately. A set up time reduced to a benchmark figure ensures a productivity of up to 500 cycles/hour. The 3-cylinder glue tank equipped with a side gluing device and the scoring unit make the BB3002 the ideal binder to produce not only state of the art perfect bound books but also winges books of durable professional quality. No tools required for any of the operator adjustments.

The PUR (polyurethane reactive) option makes the book spine more flexible and used for a better application on printed silicone coated sheets.

Bourg Suction Tower - BST-E

The Bourg BST-e is a new-generation tower collator designed to feed offset or digital printed material in sheet sizes from a CD cover all the way up to 14.5 x 23.5 inches (370 x 600 mm). From the suction collator into the award-winning Bourg BME Booklet Maker, an advanced stitch-fold-trim finisher able to match the full size of the Xerox iGen - the largest digital press available today.

Paper pile height in each of the ten pockets in the BST-e is 66% higher to accommodate 3-inch stacks of paper stock from 60 gsm to 350 gsm. Up to five BST-e towers can be linked together to create a paper-feeding system that offers its user a high degree of flexibility.
